I enjoyed my stay in the tidy room with a sofa. The room also had a writing desk and a couch. The location was great for exploring Shelton, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping, a grocery store.

Did not like the food choices for breakfast and at the snack area.Would like to see more healthy choices.

Great location near many restaurants and a bistro in town, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat 🍽️. The rooms were really clean and I liked the cozy sofa bed.

Pillows were great, kitchenette facilities were great

The hallways were freezing, the beds weren't that comfortable, no extra blankets

We had such great service last year we came back, and they did not disappoint ! See you all again next year.

The stay was very comfortable on a business trip. The room was good-sized and recently refurbished with a microwave and sofa bed. The setting was magnificent, located very close to the Bistro and the center of town. Conveniently close to the grocery store.

Employees were, without exception, wonderfully helpful.

Breakfast was way too expensive!

The room is immaculately clean and absolutely perfect with microwave and fridge and excellent moveable desk, as for instance. As for me location is marvellous, close to taxi and the Courtyard Shelton and many restaurants. Again, it's 2 miles from Roosevelt Forest.

The hotel is absolutely great and lovely with a pleasant team. There is plenty of nice food at breakfast time.

My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The price of the hotel was very reasonable for Labor Day weekend.

Our key card deactivated a couple of times because the lock battery was low. It was inconvenient to have to go down to the lobby to have it taken cared of, but the front desk took care of it quickly. Also, the toilet and sink got stopped up a couple times. Again, it was taken cared of, but it was a hassle. Housekeeping changed the linens, but we had to strip the bed to signify we wanted them changed on our 3rd night there. The other days, our beds were made with the same sheets.

The staff in front desk is kind of cool blood, not understanding, not very friendly.

The place was cozy and the staff was friendly. However, the service was a bit confusing as we had to assist the waiter quite often. 🤷‍♂️

The staff attended my needs and answer questions in a very friendly manner.It was clean and the food was good.

Staff was wonderful...bed was VERY comfortable...place was spotless...our wishes were taken into consideration when our room was assigned...quiet and comfortable.

We did not like the fact that the toilet bowl was EXTREMELY low to the ground...it was difficult for us "mature" folk to sit and/or stand up...also...the fact that there was NO complimentary coffee was very disappointing...not a fan of Starbucks coffee or their prices.
